The Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Help at Home team in Christies Beach. You will manage a team of Coordinators, Program Assistants, Admin Assistants, and Home Support Workers to support clients in achieving independence and living their best lives. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality service, mentoring your team, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Kalyra’s Help at Home integrates services funded under the federal Support at Home program and CHSP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Help at Home team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee case management, quality and compliance, and service offerings.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human or Behavioural Sciences, Aged Care, or Community Services.
  • Proven experience managing frontline employees in healthcare, disability, or community services.
  • NCC Police Clearance, current C-Class SA Driver’s Licence, and up-to-date vaccinations per policy.
