About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality clinical and personal care that enhances the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of our residents. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide evidence‑based care, communicate effectively, and help create a positive, person‑centred environment.
This permanent part‑time role offers stability, development opportunities, and the chance to work at our beautiful Belair site.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver resident care in line with clinical best practice, policies, and procedures
Administer medications and undertake wound care under RN supervision
Contribute to assessment, care planning, and evaluation
Maintain accurate documentation, including care records and incident reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
Provide person‑centred, wellness‑focused care at all times
Promote safe working practices and support WHS guidelines

You are an empathetic and professional Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality care.
You will bring:
Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
Senior First Aid Certificate
Strong clinical and personal care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and recognise when to escalate issues
Good documentation and IT skills
Understanding of aged care standards, WHS requirements, and quality frameworks
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Up‑to‑date vaccinations as required
