About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based from Kalyra’s Belair office, working predominantly across the Metro East region with occasional travel to other Kalyra locations as required. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical care including medication management, wound care, palliative care, and other complex needs
Complete clinical assessments and develop person‑centred support plans
Provide clinical guidance to Enrolled Nurses and credentialled care staff
Liaise with clients, families, carers, and health professionals
Provide training, coaching, and support to team members
Review and update clinical care requirements in line with best practice
Promote a safe, high‑quality service environment

What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications & Registrations
Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and current practicing certificate.
Current CPR Certificate.
Current SA driver’s licence.
Satisfactory police clearance.
Skills & Experience
Nursing experience in aged and/or community care is highly desirable.
Highly developed skills in client nursing and personal care.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Possess a sound knowledge of current issues relating to the aged and community care industry.
Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
Understanding of and commitment to Work Health and Safety legislation affecting practice
Knowledge of and developed skills in working with records and information management in an electronic environment.
Understanding and commitment to follow Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards of Practice.
Comprehensive knowledge of the ageing process and particular aged related health issues.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work without close supervision and recognise times when matters require referral.
Well developed customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service and implementing continuous improvement.
Well developed communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people.
