About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality clinical and personal care that enhances the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of our residents. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence‑based care, communicate effectively, and help create a positive, person‑centred environment.
This permanent part‑time role offers stability, development opportunities, and the chance to work at our beautiful Belair site.
What you will be doing
- Deliver resident care in line with clinical best practice, policies, and procedures
- Administer medications and undertake wound care under RN supervision
- Contribute to assessment, care planning, and evaluation
- Maintain accurate documentation, including care records and incident reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
- Provide person‑centred, wellness‑focused care at all times
- Promote safe working practices and support WHS guidelines
About You
You are an empathetic and professional Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality care.
You will bring:
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Strong clinical and personal care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and recognise when to escalate issues
- Good documentation and IT skills
- Understanding of aged care standards, WHS requirements, and quality frameworks
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- Up‑to‑date vaccinations as required
